Marina + Denis got married in a rainy evening of August in the suggestive frame of Villa Olimpia.

Among families and friends, they decided to celebrate their love in Tuscany even if they already celebrated it in their home country.

I spent a lot of time with Marina as we were patiently waiting for the storm to pass in order to have the ceremony among the cypresses.

She told me that she was a dancer and she really loved being photographed, but that she could be spontaneous only if she trusted the photographer.

When she started posing for me it felt like we were just two kids playing and pretending to be adult, just like when you stole your mom’s heels and pretend to be a runway model. 

It was amazing, our connection was real and we spent a beautiful half an hour trying different poses and corners. 

Then the storm passed, and it gifted us with a wonderful pink sunset, the ones that can happen only after a storm.

The proof that a plan B can be useful but sometimes being patient it’s totally worth the wait.
